Other ideas: - Open the PDF, "Print" to PDF (CutePDF is freeware) with specific page numbers. This will create a new PDF file on your computer with only the pages you want. - find a PDF editor to cut up/convert the pages. I think Adobe Acrobat Pro *koff,koff* can export as an editable file.
