I would appreciate any advice you can give me. I've decided that I'm fed up trying to format fic from LJ so I can print it out to read later. It's a lot of work for very little reward frankly! I always said 'no, no! I can't read on an electronic device', but you know what, I think I can now!
The screens are so much better and bigger now, that they are like pages. I was looking at the Sony's in Best Buy yesterday, and couldn't do much with them, as they were just set up to look at. But, I read all of this site, and some reviews, so I think a Sony would be a good choice because of all the formatting options (which I know nothing about yet, but will learn!) I also played with the iPad (gorgeous!) Kindle and Nook not as flexible it seems when it comes to fanfic. Anyway, 600, or pocket? Can;t decide. Also, can still get backlit one online but unsure about readable screen. Not as good reviews on 700.
Enjoyed Escapade panel by the way, even if it was way above my head!
