I have one. I only started reading fic on it recently - using Squee!Book to convert it to EPUB - but I'm very happy with it both in general and for fic purposes. The screen size isn't really an issue, just set the font size you prefer. One of the best touch screens I've tried, too, plus it has a stylus so you can take notes.
