Over the last few days I've been compiling a list of useful links and resources for those of us who convert fan fiction (you can find the list here) to read on the computer or on our e-reader and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations..? This isn't meant to be a complete list and it's more for personal use than anything else. Basically, I'm just looking for sites, tutorials, programs, or apps that you've found useful in your fan fiction hunt so I can add them if they look promising. :)

this looks great! :) If I find anything not on the list I'll try and send you the link.

I have a Sony reader and I am lucky it takes PDF's, Rich Text Font and ePub, so I don't have to convert anything. I do use Calibre to organise my library and if I need to convert anything then Calibre can do it for me

I also use Sigil to edit fic in .epub format if it looks wonky on my reader for whatever reason. You can just edit the .epub file directly instead of having to fiddle with it in another format and reconvert. (http://code.google.com/p/sigil/) ()

I'm a huge, huge, huge fan of Instapaper (http://www.instapaper.com/). It lets you bookmark things through a bookmarklet and then read them later, add them to your iDevice (iPhone/Pad/Touch) via the Instapaper app, and they have a bookmarklet to view things in just a text format if you're on the computer. The only downside to Instapaper is that if it's a site that requires you to log-in then you don't see the fic. (Damn you LJ for not having a workaround suffix that can be added to links to confirm I'm an adult!) If that doesn't bug you, then it works great with very little effort, and the app allows for tilt-scrolling and pagination if you have the paid version.
